Do I need an appointment?+–
Appointments are best, but walk-ins are welcome and emergencies are always seen immediately.
Which vaccines are required in Dubai?+–
Rabies is mandatory for Dubai Municipality registration. We also recommend the core DHPP vaccine for dogs and FVRCP for cats, plus annual boosters.
Do you accept pet insurance?+–
Yes. We work with all major UAE pet insurers and can provide itemised invoices and clinical notes for direct claims.
Can you help my pet travel abroad?+–
Yes. We run rabies titre tests, issue Ministry-approved health certificates and can coordinate with your relocation agent.
What happens in an emergency at night?+–
Call the emergency line. A vet answers 24/7, will advise you on the phone and have a room ready when you arrive.
